Process simulation for decarbonization

We are excited to announce the commencement of our “Process Simulation for Decarbonization” project, funded by the European Union and the state of NRW. This initiative aims to enhance our capabilities in modeling mass transport, heat transfer, and reaction kinetics, all essential for predicting complex chemical processes. In keeping with the European spirit, our transformation […]

Li2O and P2O5 in the GTOx thermochemical database

GTT's Logo

The GTOx oxide database was developed in-house at GTT-Technologies and in close cooperation with Forschungszentrum Jülich, IEK-2, specially with Elena Yazhenskikh. The thorough literature review  was performed concerning phase diagram information and thermochemical experiments (enthalpies of formation and transformation, component activities, oxygen partial pressures etc.). GTOx includes a description for different combinations of oxides, e.g.

Congratulations to Gunnar Eriksson on the 50 years anniversary of his publication on SOLGAS

In Acta Chemica Scandinavica Gunnar Eriksson published a series of publications which culminated in 1971 in the third paper titled SOLGAS, a Computer Program for Calculating the Composition and Heat Condition of an Equilibrium Mixture. [1] In the abstract he stated: “A computer program named SOLGAS is described. SOLGAS is a program for calculating equilibrium
