Arriving by train

The city center is easily accessible from all four Aachen train stations: Hauptbahnhof, Schanz, West, and Rothe Erde. Buses operated by ASEAG connect all stations directly to Elisenbrunnen (or Bushof).

Arriving by car

There is no direct parking at the Forum M. However, several parking garages are located within walking distance.
Please note: The “Rathaus” and “Am Büchel” parking garages are currently or permanently closed.
For up-to-date details on parking and traffic, see Aachen’s Mobility dashboard: verkehr.aachen.de

Park & Ride

The most convenient option for parking is the Park & Ride service. At Parkhaus Tivoli, parking plus and bus tickets for up to 5 people into the city center is 5 €. Buses depart every 15 minutes from the stop “Sportpark Soers” (H5 Krefelder Straße, directly in front of the stadium) and bring you quickly into town (see Arriving by bus).

LUNCH OPTIONS

There are many delicious lunch options available directly in and around the venue. To help you find your way, a “GTT-guide” will accompany you to a few selected restaurants. We’ll decide on the options together on Thursday before the lunch break.

You’re also welcome to take a short stroll through the Old Town to discover highlights like the Aachen Cathedral and Town Hall.
