DIRECTIONS
Arriving by bus
The venue is located approximately 100 meters from the Elisenbrunnenbus stop and also within short walking distance from Aachen Bushof. Schedules and further information are available via ASEAG.
There is no direct parking at the Forum M. However, several parking garages are located within walking distance. Please note: The “Rathaus” and “Am Büchel” parking garages are currently or permanently closed. For up-to-date details on parking and traffic, see Aachen’s Mobility dashboard: verkehr.aachen.de
Park & Ride
The most convenient option for parking is the Park & Rideservice. At Parkhaus Tivoli, parking plus and bus tickets for up to 5 people into the city center is 5 €. Buses depart every 15 minutes from the stop “Sportpark Soers” (H5 Krefelder Straße, directly in front of the stadium) and bring you quickly into town (see Arriving by bus).
LUNCHOPTIONS
There are many delicious lunch options available directly in and around the venue. To help you find your way, a “GTT-guide” will accompany you to a few selected restaurants. We’ll decide on the options together on Thursday before the lunch break.
You’re also welcome to take a short stroll through the Old Town to discover highlights like the Aachen Cathedral and Town Hall.
The restaurant sits at the corner of Templergraben, Driescher Gässchen, and Pontstraße: Right between Aachen’s student pub district (towards Ponttor), the historic city center (towards Markt and Forum M), and the university quarter with the SuperC, RWTH’s main building, and the Kármán Auditorium (via Templergraben).
If you arrive by bus, the bus stop Driescher Gässchen is right next to the restaurant. If you are arriving by car, please check verkehr.aachen.de; the APAG Pontstraße parking lot is close by. Note that the upper part of Pontstraße (towards Ponttor) is closed to car traffic.
