This four-day online course provides a structured introduction to computational thermochemistry and the FactSage software. You will gain hands-on experience with equilibrium calculations, phase diagrams, and key FactSage modules. Our instructors will guide you through the basics of Gibbs energy minimization and practical thermochemical modeling.

This three-day online course teaches you how to develop and refine thermodynamic databases using the Calphad methodology. With a balance of theory and hands-on exercises, you will gain practical insight into database creation, experimental design, and optimization techniques.

The course follows the same structure as the open online course, including database creation, optimization techniques, and real-world examples, with adaptations based on your experience and needs. Available online, at your site, or at our headquarters in Herzogenrath, Germany.

This self-paced online course is hosted on the Teachable platform and provides structured learning about ChemApp for Python. It is designed for FactSage and ChemApp users of all backgrounds who want to enhance their skills, including those with no prior programming experience.

Course content:

• 11 assignments and 8 quizzes
• 4 workflow tutorials featuring industry-based case studies
