The GTT-Technologies Users’ Meeting 2026 takes place from July 8–10 as a hybrid event in Aachen, combining on-site exchange with digital access. This page provides all access- and venue-related information. For the full event program and speaker details, please visit the main page.
All rooms in the Mayersche building the Forum M are fully accessible.
Access
Please note: the only access to the venue is via the elevator next to the Mayersche entrance, marked with a white “forum M” sign (see photo below).
Arrival
Arrive from 13:00 CEST on June 4 for a relaxed start (program begins at 14:00). On the next days, doors open at 8:40. The team will be there, and coffee and tea will be brewing.
DIRECTIONS
Arriving by bus
The venue is located approximately 100 meters from the Elisenbrunnenbus stop and also within short walking distance from Aachen Bushof. Schedules and further information are available via ASEAG.
There is no direct parking at the Forum M. However, several parking garages are located within walking distance. Please note: The “Rathaus” and “Am Büchel” parking garages are currently or permanently closed. For up-to-date details on parking and traffic, see Aachen’s Mobility dashboard: verkehr.aachen.de
Park & Ride
The most convenient option for parking is the Park & Rideservice. At Parkhaus Tivoli, parking plus and bus tickets for up to 5 people into the city center is 5 €. Buses depart every 15 minutes from the stop “Sportpark Soers” (H5 Krefelder Straße, directly in front of the stadium) and bring you quickly into town (see Arriving by bus).
The informal group dinner on Thursday, July 9, will take place at L’Osteria Kapuzinergraben and will be at the participants’ own expense. During registration, attendees can indicate if they would like a seat reserved. Further information will be provided shortly before the event.
L’Osteria is located in the historic “Alter Posthof” directly next to Aachen’s Theatre Square (Theaterplatz), just a short walk from Elisenbrunnen and our venue, Forum M (approx. 5 minutes on foot).
If you arrive by bus, the bus stop Alter Posthof is right next to the restaurant. If you are arriving by car, please check verkehr.aachen.de.
